Description
The Compact Gas Control Panel shall consist of an aluminum powder coated plate, pressure regulator, supply pressure gauge, a gas specific lamacoid and a gas specific Diameter Index Safety System (DISS).
The powder coated front plate shall have a (-) ( ) indicator for correct rotation of the regulator.
The pressure regulator shall be adjustable between 0 250 psi (0 1,724 kPa).
The outlet controlled pressure shall be monitored by a pressure indicator gauge, with a range of 0 400 psi (0 2,750 kPa).
A color coded gas specific lamacoid shall be mounted on the plate to indicate which gas the control panel was designed for.
According to the gas type, there shall be a gas specific DISS outlet.
The outlet shall be used for connections to pneumatic surgical tools.
The controls shall be mounted to an #18 gauge galvanized steel enclosure, with adjustable brackets for different wall thicknesses.
The unit shall be factory tested for intended gas service.
